Tenant Find Only includes:

Full management includes:
* Collecting the monthly rental and payment to the Landlord’s nominated account * Arrange day to day repairs and maintenance * Arranging access for contractors, receiving invoices and administering payment thereof * Provision of monthly statements confirming income and expenditure * Regular property inspections and reporting accordingly * Issuing legal notices e.g. rent increase, possession etc *
